    • ]]>     I tried out a new web app tonight called Floorplanner.com, and I created a 3D model of the first and second floors of the Houston Technology Center. Hopefully this will help people navigate through the building at 3DCAMP!

Talks will cover a wide range of topics including freelance game development, 3D building information modeling (BIM) in architecture, photorealistic rendering and advanced architectural modeling, 3D jewelry design, geophysical software and GPGPU programming with CUDA, asset management pipelines in game development, and much much more.

    • ]]>     As many of you know, parking at the Houston Technology Center can be a bit of a challenge. However, there is plenty of metered (and even some unmetered) street parking available in the area, and I just wanted to post this image from the HTC’s website that shows where you can and can’t park on the street. (Click it for a larger version):
